Returns & Exchanges

At TOV Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
